Simple Almond Blueberry Chai Mixie

Two servings suggested proportion:

(Eight ingredients Eight minutes besides water)

1Cup Almond Milk

1/2 frozen or fresh blueberry

1/2 Cup water

2 Tablespoon Chai Seed

1/2 Teaspoon Chili Spice

(Optional: Turmeric Curcumin Extract w/ Black Pepper Extract available in pill powder form from Pure by Nature)

1/2 Cup Mango frozen or fresh

1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Radish greens or other greens of choice

Blend together and serve cold. A bit of spice and heat sparks #metabolism first thing and gets the body ready for #thermogenesis which is aiming for an optimum #fatburning machine throughout the day.
