THE ENERGY OF LIVING · CONNECTED CONDITION JOURNEY
Fuel, feedback, and what remission really means
Type 2 diabetes · Food, normal function and supported decisions

Glucose helps supply the body with energy, and insulin helps glucose enter cells. In type 2 diabetes, insulin does not work well enough or there is not enough of it, so glucose stays too high in the blood. That is a starting point for understanding, not a judgement about someone’s effort. [t2-overview]
A meal, a glucose result and life with a long-term condition belong in one conversation. They are not interchangeable evidence. Follow the preparation, the support and the outcome being measured before deciding what a result means.
The journey continues beneath the surface.
Continue with Passenger depth to examine remission research, preparation-specific meal questions and the support behind a measured result.
