Food security means having access at all times to enough food for an active, healthy life. Households can experience uncertainty, reduced variety or disrupted eating when money and other resources are limited.

Individual advice cannot solve the systems around income, transportation, housing, food prices and neighborhood access. Those conditions shape what choices are actually available.

The original Sacral framework includes money, power and control. This Track keeps them as social and ethical questions — never as blame placed on a person facing scarcity.
