Heart / Explore movement

Begin with movement

A little movement opens a path.

A walk, a dance, a turn of the wheels. Movement can take many forms.

Regular physical activity supports cardiovascular health. The question is larger than exercise equipment or a single kind of body.

What is possible depends on your health, ability and circumstances. A general recommendation cannot determine the right intensity or activity for you.

Movement also happens somewhere. Follow this Track toward the air around us, or explore blood pressure as another part of cardiovascular health.

THE CONNECTION

Movement belongs to cardiovascular health. Outdoor movement also connects us with a physical environment, including its air.
