Follow the color
The spectrum is larger than orange.
Color can invite variety without turning food into a code.
Fruits and vegetables come in many colors, textures and nutrient profiles. Variety matters more than forcing every food into a color rule.
Orange foods do not all provide the same nutrients. Citrus, carrots, squash and sweet potatoes are different foods with different proportions of vitamins, minerals, fiber and plant compounds.
Color can be a creative prompt: add something new, combine what you enjoy, and let the whole pattern matter more than a perfect plate.

THE CONNECTION
The Orange can awaken curiosity about abundance. It is one doorway into plant variety, not a complete nutrition system by itself.
