THE ENERGY OF LIVING · CONNECTED CONDITION JOURNEY
Osteoporosis: the living structure beneath everyday movement
Adult osteoporosis · Food, normal function and supported decisions

Bone is living tissue, renewed throughout life. It gives movement a structure, while muscles and balance help us use it. Osteoporosis weakens that structure and raises fracture risk; it can be present before a person feels anything wrong. A familiar walk, a meal and a scan therefore open different questions about the same body. [ost-overview] [ost-calcium]
Follow the connections from structure to movement, then into the Food Library and Kitchen. The useful question is how nourishment and everyday support fit a broader bone-health plan. A nutrient amount, a stronger muscle and fewer broken bones are different findings; this journey keeps those distinctions visible.
The journey continues beneath the surface.
