The Heart · Connection
We are built to connect.
A conversation. A shared task. A place to belong.
Connection can begin in an ordinary moment: listening, offering company, or making room for someone else. There is no single way to belong.
Love, loneliness, commitment, forgiveness, compassion, hope and trust are themes in the original Heart framework. They invite reflection without defining anyone’s health or worth.
The wider question leads toward social connection, well-being and community. The public-health association and the original framework remain separate layers; neither is used to prove the other.

Orangie notices a parallel: the original Heart framework includes connection-related themes, while CDC independently describes links between social connection and health. A parallel is not scientific validation of Energy Anatomy.
Where do you feel heard?
Where could you make room for someone else?
