One meal belongs to a larger pattern.
A bean, a whole grain, a vegetable. Ordinary foods open a useful question.
DASH is an eating pattern studied for cardiovascular health. It includes vegetables, fruit, whole grains, beans, nuts and other foods, with attention to sodium and saturated fat.
The pattern matters. A food does not become a heart treatment because it is green, and its color does not establish a chakra effect.
