Heart / Explore nourishment

Begin with a meal

One meal belongs to a larger pattern.

A bean, a whole grain, a vegetable. Ordinary foods open a useful question.

DASH is an eating pattern studied for cardiovascular health. It includes vegetables, fruit, whole grains, beans, nuts and other foods, with attention to sodium and saturated fat.

The pattern matters. A food does not become a heart treatment because it is green, and its color does not establish a chakra effect.

Follow the question toward blood pressure, or meet the lentil already growing in the Fountain’s connected world. Food connects nourishment to farming; those are separate Tracks with separate evidence.

THE CONNECTION

Foods can be studied within an overall eating pattern. Following the same food to the field asks a different, agricultural question.

EVIDENCE & PROVENANCE

Look beneath the connection.

Evidence-based dietary guidance

This is an introduction to a studied pattern, not a personal diet plan. Kidney conditions, allergies and other care needs can change what is appropriate.

The Lion · Room for your circumstances

This journey offers understanding, not diagnosis or personal treatment. Your health, circumstances and existing care plan matter. Do not change prescribed treatment on the strength of a discovery here.

The present Tracks explore circulation, lungs, food, movement, blood pressure and air. The other original entries are preserved, not represented as completed research.
