THE ENERGY OF LIVING · CONNECTED CONDITION JOURNEY
When a night’s breathing becomes a daytime question
Adult obstructive sleep apnea · Food, normal function and supported decisions

Breathing carries on while we sleep. In obstructive sleep apnea, the upper airway repeatedly becomes blocked, reducing or stopping airflow. A night can therefore become a question about the following day: rest, attention and ordinary participation. Snoring alone is not the whole story. [osa-overview]
Follow the established rest and breathing journeys, then ask what was assessed and what kind of support is needed. A physiological explanation, a sleep-test measure and a person’s daily experience are different parts of the answer. No food or symbolic pathway is presented as an apnea treatment.
The journey continues beneath the surface.
