Ingredients
- 8 oz dry wheat noodles
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ⅓ cup warm water
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Make it
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Steam broccoli for 5–7 minutes, until tender.
- Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, warm water and ginger until smooth.
- Toss noodles and broccoli with the sauce; serve warm.
