Ingredients
- 1 cup dry couscous
- 1 cup water, or amount on couscous package
- 1½ cups frozen peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- ¼ tsp salt
Make it
- Cook the peas in boiling water according to their package. Drain.
- Prepare couscous with the package-specified water and resting time.
- Fluff couscous with a fork; fold in peas, oil, lemon zest and juice, and salt. Serve warm.
